Name: Rose Weasley
Nickname, if any: none
Age/Year: 15 in her fifth year, born 2 June 2006
House: Gryffindor
Family: eldest child and only daughter to Ronald and Hermione Weasley. Sister to brother Hugo. Cousin to James Potter II, Albus Potter, and Lily Potter. Harry and Ginny Potter are her uncle and aunt respectively.
Appearance: She has dark brown curly hair like her mother, but when the light hits it, it has a red glow. She has hazel-blue eyes and a small scattering of freckles across her nose. She is somewhat short, just over 5 feet. She prefers to wear the uniform slacks rather than the skirt and always has her shirt tucked into them. When she gets angry, her scowl is as good as Granny Weasley's.
Wand: 10 and 1/2 inches, unicorn tail hair for core, mahogany
Personality: She is academically brilliant like her mother and enjoys being the best in all subjuects. Unlike her mother, however, she enjoys Divination and is very in tune with her Inner Eye. She has a very mischievous side and Albus and she often get into a bit of trouble now and then. She is very kind and runs an after-hours tutoring program in the common room for anyone who needs help.
Pet, if any: Black and White Owl named Nicholas
RP Sample: Rose welcomed the Gryffindor first-years into the house, passing them small pamphlets on her tutoring program. She hardly noticed when they were shoved hastily into the eager children's robe's pockets. Headmistress McGonagall gave her speech and Rose listened attentively and respectively to every word. After she sat down, the feast began and she ate quietly to herself. Finishing her meal, she took out Standard Book of Spells, Grade 5 by Miranda Goshawk and, giving a small wave to Professor Longbottom, started to read.
She returned to the world around her when her cousin Albus tapped her on the shoulder. 'Time to go to bed, Rosie,' he said, as all the Gryffindors started milling about the Hall. She groaned as she hated that nickname. How it got stuck she didn't know. She put her book into her pocket and led the students up the long flights of stairs to the portrait of the Fat Lady. Turning to the students, she asked them to get into a single line quietly and pay attention. As the students scrambled to do so, she turned back to the portrait. In a loud clear voice she had inherited from her dad's mum, she said 'Pheonix tears!' Standing aside and ushering them in one by one, she made sure everyone had gone in before she herself crawled into the portrait hole and emerged in the homely atmosphere of the Gryffindor common room.
